For my BLOG HOP I am sharing a card using our ever so sweet and adorable Easter Friends Stamp Set, along with some products that will be retiring soon, also using the Quiet Meadows bundle and the lovely Butterflies and Flowers Decorative Masks. The Easter Friends Stamp Set was released in the Jan - June 2022 Mini Catalogue and I feel instantly in Love with it. Today I'll hopefully be showing you a few extra techniques & products as well as using the usual Stamps, Ink & Paper to create this Stunning Cards.
I do hope you Enjoy & Like what I have created for you,
Easter Friends & Quiet Meadow
Instructions
- Standard Card base in Crumb Cake
- With the So Saffron Ink Pad, Blending Brush & Flower Mask, secure the mask so that it does not move, then blend the top corner with so saffron on the diagonal.
- Then with the Shimmering White Embossing Paste & a Palette Knife, randomly apply to the lower portion of the card. Then Apply over the top of the So Saffron top corner. Once you are happy with what you have put down, remove the mask and allow the embossing paste to dry.
- with Crumb Cake Ink Pad, grab out the text stamp from the quiet meadow stamp set, and stamp on the card base in a few areas.
- Die Cut So Saffron DSP with the Stitched So Sweetly rectangle Die #6 and die cut the Very Vanilla in the rectangle #4.
- Get out your Meadow Dies and cut out which ever flowers you wish to use 1 of each in Very Vanilla, so saffron DSP, So Saffron cardstock and Crumb Cake cardstock.
- With your Silicon mat as a base, layer your die cut flowers out and using glue dots start to layer them together (try not to put the glue dots directly under each other, stager them but keep them relatively close to each other.
- Cut some bakers twine in vary vanilla and tie around the now formed bouquet.
- Using dimensionals, adhere your So Saffron DSP die cut layer to the card base
- Stamp the Rabbit from the Easter Friends stamps set using Crumb Cake to the Vary vanilla Die cut layer. Then using dimensionals adhere it to the So Saffron layer .
- With your Bouquet of Flowers using some glue dots adhere to the card base as close tot he layers as possible and allow the flowers to overlay the so saffron dsp layer, you may want to use a glue dot to secure the tops of the flowers to the card base.
- Tue a bow with the Yellow Gingham Ribbon and using a glue dot, adhere to the top of the flower bouquet where the bakers twine knot is.
- Adhere your Brushed Brass Butterflies and Iridescent Rhinestones.
- Using the Stampin Seal adhere the Very vanilla insert, inside the card.
- Using the blending brush & so saffron ink blend in the centre of the card insert, once you've done that, use the early espresso ink & stamp the Happy Easter sentiment from Easter Friends stamp set, in the centre over the top of the blended so saffron.
- Your Card is now Complete and ready to send to that someone special for Easter.
